Your whole HR department, one platform.

Hiring, time off, payroll and everything in between — in one system your team actually uses.

The Nyra employee directory, listing people with their job title, manager and status.

Is this you right now?

  • Using spreadsheets and documents for employee records.
  • Taking requests by email and tracking them in WhatsApp.
  • Scrambling to organise payroll every month.

Win back 2 hours a day.
letNyra take over.

What's inside

Five things you stop doing manually.

People & records

Every person, one record.

Profiles, contracts, documents and history in one place, with the org chart drawn from the same data instead of a slide someone updates twice a year.

  • Directory and org chart, line and dotted-line
  • Documents with revisions and read receipts
  • Custom fields on any record you like
The org chart, opening one layer at a time: the CEO, then the Head of People Operations and her four reports, then the people below them.
Hiring

A real ATS, not a bolt-on.

Most HR systems this size treat hiring as an afterthought. Ours runs the whole thing, from the careers page to the signed offer.

  • Careers page, pipelines and structured scorecards
  • Interviews run in the browser, take-home tests included
  • Offer letters generated from your templates
A job opening in Nyra with its shortlist, and the hire that follows: a pipeline started, the interview booked and run in the browser, scored, and the offer made.
Time off

Balances that do their own maths.

Set the policy once. Accruals, carry-over, holidays and approvals all follow from it, and everyone can see where they stand without asking.

  • Accruals calculated per policy
  • Holiday calendars per location
  • Timesheets, and who's out at a glance
An annual-leave policy in Nyra: its accrual and carryover rules, the requests made under it, and one of those requests with its approvals.
Payroll & payouts

From salary to sent.

Compensation history, bonuses and expenses roll into a payroll run, and the run pays out each person in their defined currency.

  • Payroll runs with full compensation history
  • Bonuses, reimbursements and benefits included
  • Multi-currency payouts through Wise, with receipts
A payroll run in Nyra: the list of monthly runs per location, one of them approved and waiting, and the confirmation before its payments go out.
Workflows

Chase nobody.

Draw what should happen when something happens. Approvals route themselves, documents get sent, checklists appear on day one.

  • Visual canvas: trigger, condition, action
  • Multi-step approvals that route themselves
  • Templated emails, documents and onboarding checklists
The workflows list in Nyra, and a new one being drawn: an approval node taken from the palette, wired between start and end, and saved.

Employees ask. Admins delegate.

Nyra is wired into your actual data and she answers from records, not from guesswork.

askNyra Employees · tell me

Can I take some casual time off next week?

Tool · Balances, who's out

No one from your team is off next week and you have 8 days of casual leave left. Should I put in a request for Wednesday?

Yes, please.

Action · Time-off request

Done. Your request is with your line manager now for approval.

letNyra Admins · do it

We need to hire a new iOS Developer.

Tool · People, reporting lines

Should I create an opening with Jimmy Kandone as the line manager?

Yes, and we need to close this fast.

Action · Job opening

Done. The opening is live on our careers page. I marked it as urgent and we will be accepting applications for two weeks.

Nyra is very strict about privacy and permissions and will never share your data with anyone who isn't supposed to see it.

Employee self-service

A portal of their own.

Their record, their leave, their payslips and their documents — available to them at all times, instead of a back-and-forth over email and WhatsApp every time someone needs a copy.

An employee's own view of Nyra: their dashboard with leave balances, tasks and the company feed, their record and payout, every payslip behind it, and the notifications they choose to get.
  • Book time off Against a real balance, with the request tracked to whoever is sitting on it.
  • Payslips Every one of them, downloadable, without asking payroll for a copy.
  • Documents Read and acknowledge — the receipt is recorded against the record.
  • Expenses File a reimbursement and follow it through to paid.
  • Timesheets Log hours against the days they were worked.
  • Who's out Check the week before booking your own.
And the rest

The things that usually cost extra.

Assets

Laptops, phones and desks assigned to people, returned on the way out.

Surveys

Run them on a cycle, see the trend instead of a single snapshot.

Pulse feed

Announcements and comments where the team already is.

Broadcasts

Reach everyone, or one department, without a mailing list.

Onboarding checklists

Tasks that appear on day one and tick themselves off.

Candidate portal

Applicants schedule, test and sign without an account.

Under the hood

Boring where it counts.

Roles and permissions

Every screen and every field gated by role, down to individual records.

A real audit trail

Who changed what, when, and what it was before. On everything.

Tenant isolation

Your company's data is scoped at the query level, not just a filter.

Your data stays yours

Export it whenever you want, including on the way out.

The interface

Before you ask

The honest answers.

What does "free" actually mean?

Free means free — the whole product, every module, no card and no countdown timer. We're in early access and we'd rather have companies using it and telling us what's wrong than have a pricing page. When that changes we'll tell you well before it does, and nothing will start charging on its own.

How do we migrate off what we're using now?

Nyra walks you through a guided onboarding that gets you set up without turning it into a migration project. It also takes exports in any reasonable format and populates the data for you.

Can you import our existing employee data?

Yes — people, jobs, documents, balances and compensation history. If it exists in your current system in any exportable form, it can come across.

Can we self-host?

Not today. It's a hosted product, and during early access that's how we can ship fixes quickly. If self-hosting is a hard requirement for you, say so in the form — it's useful for us to know how often it comes up.

How is our data secured?

Every tenant's data is isolated at the query level, every action is permission-gated and audited, and files are stored on private object storage with signed, expiring links. We are not SOC 2 certified yet, and we're not going to pretend otherwise — if you need a certificate on file today, we're too early for you.

What isn't built yet?

No self-hosting, no public API, and no third-party integrations beyond payouts. Performance reviews exist as surveys rather than a dedicated cycle. Everything listed further up this page is real and in use — this list is the honest other half.
